Pre-listing appointment we do the following: 1. Calls to listing agents in the neighborhood to gauge traffic levels 2. We track showings (unlike anyone else) and see the serious interest levels 3. We use BI analytics (our proprietary service) to determine the sales price and time on market. 4. We devise a comprehensive marketing strategy with a goal to get the most equity out of your home in a time frame that fits your needs. 5. We share with you our manpower within our team of agents and as well within our brokerage firm. 6. We will share our 3-phase marketing plan. 7. If you need to buy a home, we will cover the important aspects of that as well! 8. Expect the meeting to take up to 2 hours.
